About The Event

If you answered yes, Yes, YES -> The annual Whau River Cleanup Regatta is coming up on the Sunday April 28th, 2024! Registrations are NOW live! Register below.
Meet at 8.00am at The West End Rowing Club - 26 Saunders Place, Avondale. For those wanting to get onto the river and collect rubbish, please bring your unmotorised boats. For e.g., kayak, canoe, rowing boat, small sailing boat, paddleboard etc. The West End Rowing Club will be monitoring water safety all-day. For those without a boat, there will be groups picking up litter along the river bank. Please wear warm clothes and covered shoes.
It's always great fun, so bring your whanau and friends along! BBQ and drinks will be provided at the end of the event for all volunteers.
